Lifting and Lifting

I did a 'back from the turkey' lifting session this morning followed by a unique cool-down...

Warmup:
Crab-walk, walking lunges, back extensions (10#)
Barbell complex (65#)
Low-bar Back Squat (135#)

Workout:
5x5 Low-bar Back Squat (185, 205, 225, 245, 255#)
[Mixed in were 10x dips, 10x leg-lifts (supported), 10x knee-twist (supported)]

Cooldown (P1):
20x Deadlift (135#)

Cooldown (P2):
Help move the contents of one 6th floor studio apartment down into a U-Haul truck... (???#)
