Warm-up:

back squat
3-3-3-3-3-2 snatch balance (95,105,115,125,135,145)
5-5-5-5-3 clean pull (135,175,3x205)
7 bar muscle-ups (+1 failure)
Light technique day. Probably should have gone heavier on the balances. Weight is light enough that I am catching bar fairly high and riding down. I assume I should be doing these at weights heavier than I can snatch. Pulls starting to irritate right hip at full extension; cut the last set short.

Hey Brian, how far up do you pull on a clean pull? All the way into a shrug?
Yup, I basically pull to full extension, stopping right when my arms would start bending.
