3x5 dumbbell benchpress (50x5x2, 60x5, 70x3, 80x2 then 90/100/110 x5)

Taking it easy, trying to get over a week of back spasms. Need to do some serious foam rolling...

Does that make you good for benching at least 5x220# on a barbell (110 + 110)?

Nope, not even close. Those are dumbbell weights combined (maxed out at 55# dumbbells)...
