Raising the bar

Warmup:
Crab walk
Walking lunge
15x Back extension
15x Sit-up

Barbell complex (65#)
OHS (65, 75#)

Workout:
5 rounds
5x OHS (80, 85, 90, 95, 100#)
5x Knee-to-elbow

3 rounds
3x Low-bar back squat (185, 205, 225#)
5x Knee-to-elbow
3x L-pullup

Nice to get some lifting in this morning. Didn't managed to push quite to failure but both the OHS and the last back squat felt close. I'll try to push harder when I'm back from the turkey day break and after my shinsa.
