Pulling for the turkey

Warm-up:
dynamic stretching
back extensions

3x3 deadlift (135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x2 then 305/315/325 x3)
1x20 deadlift (145)

3-3-2-1 power clean (135, 145, 155, 165)

4 rounds of the Chief triplet:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Cool-down:
1x5 KTE
3x1 wrist roller

Got in some pulling work before a couple day break for Thanksgiving. Deads felt really solid, will move up to 315/325/335. Doing the power cleans really pointed out how horrendous my Oly form is right now - almost nonexistent second pull, lots of breaking the arms early at heavy weights, almost muscle cleaning. Need to do more hang power clean and clean pull work.

The Chief triplet is great, would be fun to do the full workout (AMRAP in 3 min, 1 min break; x5 rounds) but I didn't have my watch today. Bad Oly form kills you in this one.
