Some technique work. Trying to get rid of my tendency to drift forward on the dip, which leads me to drive the bar forward. Tried using the cue of pushing the knees outward on the dip, but that just fucked things up, so I ditched it. Most jerks were ok, last rep of a couple sets recovered back foot first cause the bar was out in front.
Picked up the metcon from Kenway. Wicked couplet, although I agree with Dr. Louie, it should probably be seven rounds. Alternatively, it could be AMRAP in seven minutes. Either way, I think it would be crippling.
