Small improvements

Warm-up:
jumprope singles
back squat (to 3x225#)

5-5-5-5-4 back squat (low-bar, belt; 245,250,255,260,260)

~10 deadhang muscle-ups (sets of 2-3)
4x10 ring pushups

Squats felt strong; video showed that I am about 3 inches deeper than I need to be for this style of squat.

The muscle-ups are quite impressive Lau. You have much more control than when you started it seems. I love how your head bumps against the ceiling.
